Latest update regarding COVID-19

To reduce social contact, the Government has ordered certain businesses and venues to close from 5th November. These include:

  • all non-essential retail, including, but not limited to clothing and electronics stores, vehicle showrooms, travel agents, betting shops, auction houses, tailors, car washes, tobacco and vape shops.

The above announcement was made by the government on Saturday and comes in to play from Thursday 5th November.

Non-essential retail can remain open for delivery to customers and click-and-collect.

The above line is taken directly from gov.uk and means that we can continue to offer a covid secure collection for any vehicle purchased either online or over the phone.

Fromthe 5th November, our service departments will operate as normal as theyhave been for many months in a safe manner.

Our sales showrooms and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our teams will be available to continue car sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs almost as wellas if you were with us. Customers can still collect a carwhich has been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from our dealerships, though the handover will need to take place outside. We cannot offer test drives or viewings. All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both staff and customer safety.Home delivery options may also be available, and all handled in a Covid safe manner.

Our staff remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone or email and our websites are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a car online as well as booking a service or MOT.

Ouraftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. Masks MUST be worn whilst on site and hand sanitiser must be used. Please come alone to drop your vehicle off where possible, leave your locking wheel nut and service book on the passenger seat and remove all other keys from your keyring before handing your vehicle key over to the service department

Thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business, but in regards to sales please call us rather than visit.
