FURTHER BUSINESSES AND PREMISES TO CLOSE
As a country, we all need to do what we can to reduce the spread of coronavirus.
That is why the government has given clear guidance on self-isolation, staying at home and away from others, and asked that schools only remain open for those children who absolutely need to attend.
On 23 March the Government, stepped up measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus and save lives. All non-essential premises must now close. Takeaway and delivery services may remain open and operational in line with guidance on Friday 20 March. Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal.
Retail and public premises which we expect to remain open must:
Parks will remain open but only for individuals and households to exercise once a day. Communal spaces within parks such as playgrounds and football pitches will be closed.
There are exceptions to this and our workshop falls into this category
All retail should immediately close with notable exceptions
Supermarkets and other food shops, health shops, pharmacies including non-dispensing pharmacies, petrol stations, bicycle shops, home and hardware shops, laundrettes and dry cleaners, bicycle shops, garages, car rentals, pet shops, corner shops, newsagents, post offices, and banks.
We will continue to monitor the ever changing situation and update where necessary but can confirm that we will remain open for the time being for service, mechanical repairs and MOT's only.
Can I please ask that you direct any enquiries to our contact page if you are unable to get in contact by phone. We will respond as quickly as possible but are reducing staff numbers to protect as many people as possible from this awful virus
IT HAS TODAY BEEN DECIDED THAT WE WILL CLOSE FROM 1ST APRIL UNTIL 20TH APRIL. THIS IS TO PROTECT BOTH STAFF AND CUSTOMERS FROM THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS. YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO CONTACT US VIA THE BELOW LINK OR E-MAIL DIRECTLY. PLEASE BE PATIENT IN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING
With lockdown extended we are remaining closed until 11th May. At this point we will open the service and parts department. The sales department will remain closed in the showroom but is available online for any enquiries or sales of both new and used cars. We are in the process of upgrading this website to offer a complete sales process 24/7 which will include the ability to buy any of our vehicles as well as process your own finance applications.
Unless the government tighten up restrictions then this date will not change for the service and parts department so anyone with appointments booked should come in as planned. If you have an appointment before this date please use the contact us link below to contact the relevant branch.
Rest assured that we are using this time to make the site compliant with social distancing measures so please follow instructions when you arrive at the dealership in order for us to be able to protect both yourselves and our staff. Staffing levels will be limited initially so please be patient and use e-mail where possible rather than calling the site. Also, please ensure we have the correct contact details for you on our system
Following on from the latest government announcement we have today opened our showroom fully and are able to offer new and used vehicle sales as well as servicing, repairs and parts. We are following all Covid-19 guidelines to ensure a safe environment for our customers and our staff. We are operating a one way system in and out of the showroom as well as the 2m social distancing. Please check for signage before entering the site as only one door is now an entry. Hand sanitiser, gloves and facemasks are being used by technicians at all times and are available to customers also. Cleaning is taking place on a more regular basis and all touch points are wiped down between each customer.
Showroom vehicles will remain locked buy can be accessed upon request and are then re-sanitised before any other customers can enter the same vehicle.
We still ask that if you or anyone in your household are experiencing symptoms that you do not enter the premises.
Stay safe people
